Speak the words and Speak the words Set

User story:
As a content creator I can use different speech to google or IBM text webservice.

Current functionality only allows user to use Speak the words with chrome.

UX:
User is no longer required to use Speak the words in chrome.

Technical solution:
Speak the words content is modified so that allows use of IBM and Google STT API instead of chrome's.

To give students practice having a conversation in a new language, it would be nice to allow for a wildcard in an answer. For example, if the student is introducing themselves, it would be nice to have an answer option that allows for different names. For example, "my name is Belisa" and "my name is Jordan" would both be considered correct if the answer option is "my name is *."

We request voice input recognition to allow users of h5p interactive videos to verbally answer true/false questions and multiple choice questions while completing an interactive video activity.  This would require a feature such as Speak the Words to be implemented as one of the options of interactions that can be added to a video.

Voice input recognition would allow for content features such as simulated conversations in world language classrooms and other disciplines in which interpersonal communication skills are taught.
