can't download Documentation content type in Firefox

  1. LMS Blackboard SaaS 3700.3.0
  2. Desktop computer
  3. Created/edited/inserted a new object using the Documentation Tool exemplar into a subject/course
  4. Student completes the form and creates the document.
  5. Select Download (export text) and the document successfully downloads on both Mac and PC when using Chrome. Doesn't download when using Firefox - have tried on 2 PCS and 2 Macs.  No errors.
