Repeated content types in admin

Hi,

When I create a new content, in the page to Select content type, the plugin shows me eleven copies of each content type.

What can be causing this? and if I uninstall and install the plugin, will my contents remain published?

Hi marbaque,

If you uninstall the plugin you will lose all your contents. Anyway to help you with this please provide the following:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem
  10. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  11. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Thank you @BV52,

  1. Not sure how to answer but it started to happen when we moved from dev to production server.
  2. Latest version of Wordpress
  3. Desktop
  4. Chrome - haven't tested this on other browsers
  5. H5P latest version (Versión 1.13.1 )
  6. You can see a content example here https://academiamunicipal.uned.ac.cr/acerca-de/ayuda-uso/
  7. I don't see any browser console errors, and I have to say everything works ok, only that content types appear 11 times when selecting one in the 'Add new' page.
  8. I dont get any PHP errors (usign Debug Bar plugin)
  9. Attached a screen shot.
  10. No recent changes other than moving to a production server.
  11. No recent changes to the browser

Still happening on my website. I'm afraid to move stuff cause I have some contents created already.

Any idea on how to fix it?
