Full screen in Moodle?

BV52's picture
I made a Course Presentation in H5P.com and it has a working button for full screen viewing. When I import that file to my Moodle instance, the full screen button isn't there. Any help? I thought that perhaps some activity types do not have the full screen option, but it seems to be more specific to Moodle. Thank you.

Hi Jeff,

I am unable to reproduce the issue that you mentioned above. In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Thanks, BV52. Maybe I should first ask if there is any info or guidelines about using full screen. Maybe I should look at that first. Seems that sometimes I see the full screen button on activities, and sometimes I don't. I have H5P.org, H5P.com, and Moodle. I just have not found any pattern for when I can see full screen and when not. Mostly not. Thanks a lot.

Hi Jeff,

Afaik the only documentation available that talks about full screen is the page that you initially posted your question. The only thing I can think of that maybe causing issues with the full screen is another plugin a theme perhaps or a security software.

No solution, sorry but I had that once on a course presentation in column format. You just have a star instead of the double arrows. But some others seem to work. I'll look for it again, always surprised me :-o
