Testing writing and speaking skills.
As a language teacher, I would like to evaluate my students' reading, listening, writing and speaking skills. Currently, h5p can be used to test reading and listening skills. Yet, it is not possible to test writing or speaking.
A feature request for a voice recording tool has already been suggested (https://h5p.org/node/6964). I currently use Poodll plugin (Flash-based) for my Moodle site and I know that the developer is about to issue the HTML5 format of this wonderful tool. I recommend that h5p developers analyze this plugin deeply if they have not done so yet because - as far as I know - it is unique.
A library that will enable the users to write essays would be very useful. Such a tool - in the form of a quiz question - might optionally include the wordcount feature that such editors as TinyMCE already have.

Thank you for the feedback! I
Thank you for the feedback! I think thomasmars is working on a prototype that let the learner read in his answer. Keep an eye out for it in upcoming release notes :) Other than that I do not now of anyone working on anything related to this or any funding for it coming in, but I'm sure it will be in the future.
