Hi Almugva,

What type of template are you looking for? If you are pertaining to the examples, you can download and upload them in Moodle.

Thanks. It says that I do not have the right app to open the downloaded folder. What app should I be using? And how do I upload it, as a normal activity type?

Hi almugva,

I'm sorry I missed mentioning that you need to install H5P in Moodle to use the file. You can see additional information on how to install H5P here.

Yes, I do have it installed in Moodle, but still it does not download

Hi almugva,

Can you please upload here the file that you downloaded so that we can check. Also can you please provide a screeshot of the error message.

Here is the attached photo. I do not manage to download anything.

Hi almugva,

The screenshot you provided looks like the Mac is already opening the file as it is downloaded. I'm not sure but either the file has already been downloaded in your downloads folder or you just need to change the settings to download files not open it from the source.

Ok, got it and uploaded it, but it seems that not all the downloaded files work as there is an embedded library of images.

Thanks for the help

Hi almugva,

When downloading a file from H5P.org it is saved as a .h5p which is very similar to a .zip file. If you have H5P installed in Moodle it unpacks the file and so that Moodle can read it. Are you getting any error messages?
