Hi

I'm creating a quiz and I wish to allow the users to share their result on facebook (twitter etc could also be nice). How would I set that up on the result page?

That currently isn't possible :/ Do you want to know how you could implement support for that?

Thanks for the quick response. No, its not that important. I'll wait until you see that this is a good idea and implement it in the code :)

Also having the possibility to remove "check" on the questions and "show solution" on the result page would be good. It would make it useful for creating quizzes for entertainment rather then education. Like the ones we see on news-sites, "name that TV series" or whatever.

But by all means, the quiz-module is great!

It is definitively a good idea, and H5P is an open source project so hopefully someone will pick it up and implement it. It will be possible to remove the check buttons in a future version. Probably the "show solution" as well.

Glad you like it!

Yes that is a great idea to share both to facebook and twitter

Hello, Falcon, I want to know how I do implement support for that. And, I was digging in the website, but I didn't find the information on how create a translation nor a .h5p like mycontent.h5p. If I was reading that, I didn't understand. Maybe it is not clear enough. I was trying to understand better. Creating a library, it is ok, but nothing about h5p file itself.

Hi Gabriela, could you explain what you would like to do?

How can I let users of my quiz share their results on Facebook? I see that the question was first posted over two years ago. Still not implemented? Is there another way to do this?

Hi NiHa,

I'm afraid this is not possible as of the moment. We’re now working on something called the H5P supporter program allowing the H5P community to vote for and fund the top voted H5P features. Also there are developers in the community who every now and then works on a feature they find interesting or useful. In order for your feature request to attract as much interest as possible make sure it follows the below guidelines:

  1. It is clear from every perspective how the feature will work. We recommend describing the feature with one or more user stories, for instance “As an author I want it to be possible to pick between different effects for the check answer animation so that the learners will see a variety of effects and also I can adapt the effects to my target audience(I’ll be using pink unicorns which works really well for both my target audience which are 4 year old girls and venture capitalists)”

  2. If the feature can be illustrated with images or videos it always helps

  3. Make it clear what content types this is relevant for, and or if this is a new content type

Make sure you post the feature in the Feature Request forum.
