Hi,

tried to install the new libraries for moodle and got an error message (see the attached picture).

Regards
Christian

Unable to update libraries this morning. Long error list stating our libraries are not at the correct version number in order to upgrade... but our libraries are fully up-to-date?

We are running: 2016-12-06

Available update: 2017-01-24

First few lines of error message:

The system was unable to install the Column component from the package, it requires a newer version of the H5P plugin. This site is currently running version 1.11, whereas the required version is 1.12 or higher. You should consider upgrading and then try again.

The system was unable to install the Course Presentation component from the package, it requires a newer version of the H5P plugin. This site is currently running version 1.11, whereas the required version is 1.12 or higher. You should consider upgrading and then try again.

The system was unable to install the Interactive Video component from the package, it requires a newer version of the H5P plugin. This site is currently running version 1.11, whereas the required version is 1.12 or higher. You should consider upgrading and then try again.

... and the list goes on.

I can't vouch for Column as it's not listed in our libraries but we are running Course Presentation 1.14 and Interactive Video 1.13 which exceed the requirements for this update.

Tried downloading the update and uploading to Moodle but same error is returned.

Hi! Due to some new requirements in the content types, you must first update your H5P plugin for Moodle. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Now everything works fine :-)

Great, I'm glad to hear!

Thanks. I can see 1.0-rc-6 is now available. I think it's been reported elsewhere but Moodle's plugin interface does not alert us to new versions of the h5p plugin.

I will make a note about adding some textual description about checking the plugin updates first.
Thank you.
