Description
Course presentations consist of slides with multimedia, text, and many different types of interactions like interactive summaries, multiple choice questions and interactive videos. Learners can experience new interactive learning material and test their knowledge and memory in Course Presentations. As always with H5P, content is editable in web browsers, and the Course Presentation activity type includes a WYSIWYG drag and drop based authoring tool.
A typical use of the Course Presentation activity is to use a few slides to introduce a subject and follow these with a few more slides in which the user’s knowledge is tested. Course Presentations may however be used in many different ways, including as a presentation tool for use in the classroom, or as a game where the usual navigation is replaced with navigation buttons on top of the slides to let the user make choices and see the consequences of their choices.

Hi!
Not at the moment. We've been thinking about a transition selector, but it isn't on the top of our list.

Solution Mode - Drag and Drop questions
When in solution mode (clicking "Show Solutions" on the summary slide), I can not find a way to get answers to show for Drag and Drop questions. Other question types such as multiple choice and fill in the blanks show the correct answers. This means that if there is a mix of question types in a quiz, solution mode is not accurate.
Have I missed a setting somewhere? Or is solution mode missing functionality to show answers for drag and drop questions?

Ideas for Drag and Drop Solutions
Could you add a coloured border to match the dragabble text with the correct drop zone? Following are four examples:
Example 1: Three words in three drop zones
Example 2: Two words in one drop zone
Example 3: Five words in three drop zones
Example 4: Five words in five drop zones

It is a very good idea, and if we can't find a better one we might do that. The problem with it is color blind people, they won't be able to comprehend the solution. For many sites using us this won't be a problem in reality since they don't have color blind users, but still it is a very important consideration. A governmental website in Norway or the US and probably in a range of other countries would not be allowed to use such a solution.

One question: are you planning on a fade effect between slides? That would be an awesome feature and create numerous possiblities.

Hi,
You would need to add a script on your page that finds the presentation, and invoke the nextSlide-function for the Presentation instance. Here is an example that might help you on the way (no interval here):

Not entering .each()
Hi fnoks,
I tried the above code snippet in a custom .js file added using hook_h5p_scripts_alter(). I can confirm that the JS file is loading.
The control never enters
H5P.jQuery(
'iframe.h5p-iframe'
).each(
function
() {});
I can see 2 <iframe> tags - one for each slide inside the Course Presentation.
I tried document.getElementsByTagName('iframe') also but in vain.
Am I missing something?

I guess your custom.js is included within the iframe. Then you could do something like:

You genius!
Hey fnoks aka genius,
Thank you so much!
I can now get the instance array when I do a console.log(H5P.instances)
It does show me only 1 element (indexed 0) but console.log(H5P.instances[0]) throws 'undefined'.
Never mind, I'll figure out from here. Thanks again!
But, I didn't get the part where you said that my custom JS is within the iframe. How is that possible? Do you mind briefing me please?

A course presentation is run
A course presentation is run within an iframe. The code in the iframe and the code in the main document (parent) is completely separated. Your custom.js is probably included in the iFrame, and not in the main document. This means the iframe's window is the context your code is running within, and this is where you'll find e.g H5P.instances[0], which should be the CP class instance

Course Presentation Summary Slide Options
Hi! I 'm using H5P on WP and noticed that if the summary slide is hidden on a course presentation then the results page doesn't get updated. So I need your take on the following: 1. Is there a way not to be able to access the summary slide until all questions are answered? 2. Can the "Show Solutions" and "Retry" buttons be removed from the summary slide ?

Image as Icon changes dimentions in full screen
Hi,I have encountered an issue with inserting an image as a button.
Everything works, however if I view the icon/image in non-full-screen mode, the image is displayed.
If I then go into full-screen-mode and click hte same image icon, the image appears the same size dimentions as when the screen was small (i.e. non-full-screen).
If I FIRST go to full-screen-mode and click the image, it scales correctly showing large enough to read. If I then go back to non-full-screen the image again shows scaled correctly. IF I go back to full-screen-mode then the image is scalled down - the same size as when not in full-screen-mode.
This may be an issue with caching in my browser (FF). I also added commands to my .htaccess file that stipulate a cahcing period for different file types - jpg, png and other images types have a caching lift-time period. Could it be this server caching that's causing the issue or is this happening elsewhere on other users presentations?
So, it appears to be a bug, but would like someone else to confirm the behaviour.
Currently I can't use the display image as button/icon as it's too glitchy and small to read. I'll have to work aaround it for now.
Many Thanks

There will probably be options for slide transitions in the future. Right now you could achieve the same using custom css, or add this feature to the H5P.CoursePresentation library yourself as a github pull request if you're a developer.

Yes, indeed, when used standalone Single Choice Set gives completed upon completion. When used inside Course Presentation it gives answered. I'm not quite sure why it is this way, but I can see how it's inconsistent. What would you have used?
