Validating h5p package failed - Moodle/plugin upgrade

Hi H5P Team,

We are updating our Moodle site to 3.4 from 3.0 and are having trouble getting the H5P plugin to work. We are using H5P plugin 1.10, upgraded in line with the Moodle site. During our testing phase, only select H5P activities can be downloaded for use. Key activities such as Course Presentation have the following error message: [attached]

In Moodle, site administration it shows our H5P plugin as 1.10 and according the following website our versions should be compatiable:https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=mod_hvp

We tried to troubleshoot by updating the library cache however it decreased the amount of available activities even though they showed as installed on the list.

I cannot actually see a 1.15 version and we are reluctant to upgrade to the 1.12 release so early.

Are you aware what is causing this issue? The activities we have been unable to download are generally the higher usage activities.

Thanks for your help,

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

It is best to install the latest version of the plugin to have all the recent bug fixes and new features. The message you are getting is comes from the fact that the updated core files of H5P are not installed but the new libraries are there.

Thanks, all working after updating to the latest verison.
