Image Juxtaposition Mozilla Firefox bug

Hi friends,

so as I see there is a bug in Image Juxtaposition content type only for new Mozilla Firefox 59.0 (64 bit).
Slide function of images sometimes does not work or work quite hardly.

In browser console appeared those alerts:
1. Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #
2. Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user’s experience. For more help http://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/

Hi eMKa!

I am not sure this is a problem in Juxtaposition (per se). It doesn't use any XMLHttpRequests on its own. What can you do to convince me? ;-)

Best,
Oliver

Just test it on new mozilla 59.0 (64 bit), you will see the problem. I tried it out in several devices with this version of Mozilla, got same results.
I just wondered: perhaps one of the reason was XMLHttpRequest or so on, nothing more :)

Hi eMKa!

The thing is: I tried to reproduce your problem, but I can't.

I remember that there once was such an issue, but it was fixed long ago. Which version of Juxtaposition are you using?

Best,

Oliver

Ahh, I see. So I use version 1.1.0 :/ It's not newest one?

1.1.0 is the latest version. If you can rule out that the content itself has been updated to this version (in case it had been created before the update), then it would be nice if you pointed me to where the content can be found.

Ahh, I found when problem is appearing. just try to disable embed button.
When I enabled it, everything worked fine!

Now I can reproduce it with Firefox. There seems to be something strange going on. Thanks for reporting!

You're welcome! ^_^
