Content types don't work in Moodle 3.4

Have moodle 3.4 and H5P does not work properly on the course.  When I click on a content type, it shows as below.  Also the window does not show All and My content types

 [field:group:wizard:interactiveVideo]

Hi, it seems like you content types are not installed properly.

Can you check your browser's console for any errors when this happens, and additionally check your server's PHP error log for any errors when this happens.

Hello

We have checked everything.  There are no errors in the PHP log.  The Javascript is fine. No errors in the browser's console.  All we keep getting with the video and presentation activities is [field:group:coursepresentation:presentation]. The other activities seem to work.    Also there is no link to All and My content at the top right corner as shown in your demonstrations.

It appears that a PHP module may be missing.  Can you please let us have a list of the PHP modules?

See the Configure PHP guide for H5P's required PHP extensions. You can also check that you meet the requirements by disabling and re-enabling the H5P Hub in your site settings.

Hi

Any solution to this?

I got the same problem with content type Interactive Video on moodle 3.5.

Hi mirablce,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Hi

Problem occurs with every browser on Windows and Android.
I select content type "interactive video", then "Details", then USE and then I get [field:group:wizard:interactiveVideo]. I see no errors in no logfile.

All the other content types work.

The funny thing is: Interactive video always works with the moodle primary admin user, but ONLY with the primary admin, not with all the other admin users.

This is probably caused by one of two things:

  1. The primary admin has a permission that the other admins doesn't have
  2. Different languages used, and there's a problem with the translation file for the language used by the other admin users

If you can give feedback on 2, I could probably help you figuring this one out!
