Adding a free text boxes onto a picture, and saving it for individual students

Dear H5P community

I am currently working on adding text boxes on pictures (cartoon strips for instance) for creative writing. So far, I have used the Course Presentation for it (I have attached an example) .

Firstly, however, whenever I try to add a text box it requires me to define the correct answer. The excersizes, though, have no correct or incorrect answer/s. Does anyone know if it is possible to add a text box for free writing that accepts all answers? And if not, when/if it will be available?

Secondly, it does not save the individual replies. Is there a way to save student replies for the individual student? And if not, when/if it will be available?¨

Thanks!

Best

Sara

Hi Sara,

I think you're looking for something along the lines of Questionnaire with an open ended question added. I can't promise when this will be added to CP but you could place it elsewhere on the page in the meantime.

If you have your own system scoring can be handled with xAPI statements:

If you're on h5p.org and prefer this kind of experience, I would sign up for h5p.com which will have scoring built in.
